“Fan in the primary bedroom is noisy. Closet door in 2nd floor bedroom was damaged when we arrived. Lots of doors could use lubricating, squeaky. All pretty minor stuff!! We enjoyed our stay. ”

She reached out to us by phone right away and told us about the challenge they were having and how they were going to get it replaced as quick as possible.
