My recent stay at Sonder at Revival was excellent. We had good communication with the people at Sonder as to how to get access to the building and the room. The building is well maintained and in an excellent location. Walk one direction and you reach the beautiful English Bay area. Walk another and you get to the shopping on Robson Street (and Coal Harbour if you walk just a little further). Location cannot be any better! Our room was lovely. We appreciated the beautiful terrace with its comfortable chairs and lovely gardens. The bed was very comfortable as well. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the shower had great water pressure. About the only thing I could criticize is the Roku TV. It was a bit difficult to operate (although we did finally figure it out...somewhat). We could have used one comfortable reading chair in the room as well, although I can see it would be difficult to fit it in along with the handy kitchen table and chairs that were provided. Check out was easy. I would definitely recommend Sonder at Revival to others travelling to Vancouver.

The building is in Downtown Vancouver. We drove there and for extra daily parking fees were able to park our car in an attached parking garage. Honestly, we did a lot of walking because there were things to do and places to eat within walking distance. The unit was clean and quiet. We liked the security that came from having to use an access code to enter the building.

Although the hotel and room are modern, it is very impersonal, with no staff to talk to, and the security codes to enter the property and room are inconvenient. Early or late checkouts require an additional hefty fee. In addition, our room's balcony was a full-height concrete wall, with no daylight. This was not expected and was disappointing.

The property is very central to various sights. It is walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, a grocery store, a dollar store and more. The rooms are a good size and nicely furnished. We had a cute, little terrace. We had initially booked a suite with a king bed and a sofa bed because we are a family of 4 but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve slept on sofa beds before but nothing like this. It was about 4 inches thick and you could feel every spring in the mattress. I complained through the app and within a few hours they had given us two studio rooms. There was no going back and forth negotiating a solution; they gave me a few options and it was done. The bedding wasn’t the greatest quality, the comforters were very lumpy but other than that we had no other complaints. Be aware that housekeeping is on request at an additional cost. I would definitely recommend this place for a family but not a room with a sofa bed!

Fantastic location. Check in virtual but supplies are available if needed. Kitchen is the best. Clean. So convenient. We were there for valentines. They went over and beyond. We will definitely stay again!

Great location and facilities but when I dropped an earring found it was very dusty and quite a bit of rubbish under the bed. Both the side light in the main bedroom and lounge had loose connections and toilet flush loose . Coffee machine and microwave supplied but hampered from as no instructions and the latter was not obvious . Windows streaked with bird poo . Would have been nice for if cleaned .

Like the ease of check in unfortunately the shower bathroom was disgusting glob hair and old shower rubber stripping full of scunge I was compensated for this and the sent someone to clean it the next day otherwise it was fine and easy to contact although there overseas phillipines and I was in Canada but they were very friendly and helpful

The property was perfect for our small family's stay. Checking in was convenient, and parking even though a road into the lot was closed, was easily accessible, and in such a convenient place being attached to the Sonder building. Having the grocery store in the mall connected was also great for picking up the few things we needed. Really clean building, and overall great experience.

Stunning stay
Stunning place to stay with lovely little touches. Loved the communication on the Sonder app and they were so great about providing a replacement bowl for the one that was broken in the cupboard upon arrival. The luggage storage was also really useful and the lobby has a toilet which is great on the last day. The decor in the hotel is amazing and the modern look of the rooms are fantastic. I didn't want to leave!
