The beach is gorgeous, and beach chairs and umbrellas are available for guests. The room was pretty spartan but the bed very comfortable. The water pressure in the sink was low and we never saw a staff member. Casey Key is narrow, traversed by a narrow road. On one side is the Gulf, on the other the Intercoastal Waterway. The person who sold me the room clearly was reading and trying to understand the layout.he told me we would be on the Intercoastal side because we were traveling with a dog. He did not mention the $50 pet fee. He said that there was a park and a pier. In fact the rooms on the Intercoastal side are inhabitable, I assume from hurricane damage. There is no park, no pier. While I hope to return to the resort I will not use this third party again.
