Nights and when the cancellation phone call was made early morning of the second day Chargers were still enforced and when cancellation was made for the third day and was reassured that he would not be charged for that night because of the 48 hour advance notice the credit card still was charged regardless, so this whole thing is not a good place”

“The place was very clean and very welcoming when you walk in the door. Was very pleased with the space the room provided. The bed was a little rough sleeping -- I think it could use a new mattress. It seems to have the old coils in it so that makes me think it's pretty old. The remote didn't work for the bedroom fan or light so that couldn't be adjusted, probably just batteries. “The unit was smaller than what I expected but all we really needed for 2 ppl & it was very clean. Weather was beautiful so we spent a lot of time at unit out on screened in lanai which was nice. Pool was shared with the other units on property but also very nice.The host was extremely helpful when I had an issue with washing machine that was really nobody's fault.
