“The pillow cases and bedsheets had hair on them. Duvet had a hole from a cigarette burn on it. The staff did offer a different room but the new room still had the same issue with cleanliness.”

“All the staff was super friendly, parking was great (got to park right in front of my room - it was soooo easy to pack and unpack my car) AC worked awesome which is very important. Blackout curtains did their job 100%! I didn't use the pool as I spent most of my time at the beach, but from what i could see it was beautiful.”

“Room 143 needs some love and attention. Drapes torn, walls need painting, floor needs to be mopped, my feet were so dirty from walking on the floor. ”

“This was a super magical suite! Super clean and very well decorated. Located in a quite residential area near a large pond with beautiful wildlife! The owner's Gene and Bea are SUPER friendly, considerate and helpful. Will definitely go back there again in the future.”

“The house is really nice and quite big.Super clean and very comfortable. Enjoyed the heated pool and sunroom almost everyday.Location is great. 2 to 5 miles away food and shopping. The host was outstanding. Got right back to me when i asked her to increase pool temperature a little. She was there the next day and the pool was toasty after that.I would say at least 85 degrees ”

“We started cleaning 10 minutes after arrival and continued to do so all week. I don’t care what updates you have done if the place is dirty. Mud swipes on furniture, black dog hair everywhere, dirt on light switches, vents and bedside tables, etc. We left it cleaner than we found it. In a word, this place is total DIY. Too many things to list but let’s just say poor cleaning, terrible maintenance, poor responsiveness of the owner, poor furniture, etc. The well pump also stopped working during……
