“TLDR we left a day early because it was not what we were hoping for. Although I know you get what you pay for, this one was sadly pretty disappointing. We paid around $280 for a studio room for three nights. This might be around the cheapest you can find in Martha’s Vineyard in the middle of the summer, but reviews and pictures made it seem pretty legit. We got there around 1pm on the ferry and walked to the motel. It’s pretty conveniently located and right on the water which is great. We……

“A minute walk to downtown Oaks Bluff and the ferry. Room was clean, shower has great pressure and hot water and staff was always friendly and ready to help. Definitely recommended”

“Pros: Owner has gone above and beyond in decor of room. So cute. Felt like inside a very well done guest room in a home. Spotlessly clean as well. As it is a motel, no stairs to climb. Luggage out of car and into room in a jiffy. Latest bath hardware adds extra flair. Owner very accommodating when arrived at 10 pm. Thank you!! Within walking distance of everything, especially Betty's Diner - a hidden gem. Cons: Sink could have drained a little better. Would like to see bath gel and hair shampoo……

“We stayed overnight so we could take an early ferry to Martha's Vineyard the next morning. The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and comfortable with nice ocean views. There's one thing I wish I had gotten the opportunity to tell them directly. You guys have the most amazing landscaping. It's exceptional. Bravo!!!”

“Rooms were fine, lots of space in the suite. AC unit upstairs was portable and in a bucket. This filled with condensation and began leaking on the floor, power cords also in puddles behind unit. Notified staff and promptly emptied. Unit was LOUD”

“Inn is traditional motor lodge where we stayed. Doors opening outside where you can pull up to the door. Very modest decor. Beds comfortable. Great AC. Indoor and outdoor pool. Not fancy or posh at all but provides the things you need. It is in a great location just a few blocks off Main Street and a few blocks In the other direction to the beach. Met our needs and we would stay again if in the area.”

“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. If the hotel could invest in some modern upgrades, it would be a 10/10 experience! On a brighter note, the front desk staff were incredible. Their service was top-notch and made our……
