“This is a basic motel in a good location in vineyard haven. The private beach and free kcup coffee are nice touches, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was dated and somewhat dark being on the first floor but it’s a clean and affordable option. We’ve stayed here twice and will return when we’re in the area.”

“This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!”

“The location is fantastic. Sure the rooms are small in size but it's a historic building and they make up for it in charm and comfort. The bed is so incredibly comfortable. Alicia was at the front desk and assisted with our check in. She was friendly, engaging and helpful in showing us all the great features of the hotel and offered suggestions for things to enjoy around town. I will definitely be staying here again.”

“Amazing service and beautiful grounds, but rooms need an update. The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I also loved how functional and convenient the room amenities were—everything we needed was right there. However, I did notice that the facilities are getting a bit dated. “We stayed overnight so we could take an early ferry to Martha's Vineyard the next morning. The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms clean and comfortable with nice ocean views. There's one thing I wish I had gotten the opportunity to tell them directly. You guys have the most amazing landscaping. It's exceptional. Bravo!!!”
