“Remodeling going on. Nice to see they were updated this hotel”

“Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont.”

“My recent stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival, and the bed was so uncomfortable that I barely slept. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was leaking water throughout my stay, creating a mess in the room. The bathroom was unacceptable. The shower leaked the entire time and had stains. There wasn't even a new roll of toilet paper provided. Instead, there were two partially used rolls, and one of them appeared to have dried blood or feces on the remaining……
