“Because it was my first time using VRBO I wasn't prepared for the check in process (my issue), but the management company was immediately available and extremely helpful. As others have noted, the building is undergoing quite a bit of repair, but this condo is spectacularly maintained, well-appointed and quite comfortable. In addition, the 15th floor views are stunning and the access to the pool was perfect. The only negative was the condition of the 4-seat forward facing golf cart - it has……

“We booked this largely due to the extremely easy beach access and that did not disappoint! Quiet-ish beach and ideal location near seagrove and rosemary. Tons of state parks nearby for swimming. Dune lakes and fishing. We enjoyed our stay! ”

“Loved the condo! The only downside was I wish beach chairs were included because other properties on site offer it and its about 400 to rent for the week which is pricy given the price of the condo already! ”

“The condo is just as it was in the listing. Super close to beach and Main Street. The beach service and bicycle service was a great perk. The elevators being broken was a little inconvenient when bringing our bags up to the 4th floor, but we knew about this when we booked so it was not an issue. Our host was helpful and answered any concerns. Make sure to bring extra washcloths and towels as we only received one per guest.”
