“This place was perfect! The condo was clean and spacious and had a great outdoor patio. Close to the beach and shopping/restaurants, we rented a golf cart and barely put a dent in the gas after four days because the location was so convenient. Host was super helpful and the place felt brand new! Highly recommend and will be back! ”

“Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can……

“This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!”

“Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day.”
