“This property was perfect for our stay in Nashville, close enough to everything, yet far enough away from Broadway to get away for all the craziness. Communication with the owner was always very easy, she answered all my questions immediately and was very accommodating to our needs. Thank you we had a GREAT time!”

“We enjoyed staying at your condo, it was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely recommend your place to others that are heading to Nashville. The condo was close enough to Nashville, that the ride was 10 minutes or less, but far enough to get the peace and quiet. If we go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay there again.”

“Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!”

“The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.”

“Nice little place, with a short, quick walk to Broadway. Easy parking and nice setup. Liked the bonus of the records and record player so i could show my daughter how they work. Great communication with the host who ensured everything was easy for me to find, including sending me a reminder of what needed to be co pleated for checkout. No need to search for an email to ensure I checked all the boxes. Blackout curtains were nice and other than hearing the waterway barges and trains down the road……

“Host was responsive and very accommodating. The condo was nice and clean and it was in walking distance to all of our favorite shops in The Gulch. Our children enjoyed the pool and the local restaurants. Great place and family friendly .”
