“The hotel was ok - good location but the bars and restaurants along the road were very average and a bit rough and ready. The hotel was fine but breakfast was basic with the same selection that you would get in any hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy and well maintained. The allocation of sun beds for your stay seemed fine when we arrived but as time goes by you may want to try another area. Also, the sun shades are fixed and can not be moved. So if you want to move into the shade, you need……

“Top Hotel in perfekter Lage am Nissi Beach. Für uns rundum ein Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen. Essen (HP gebucht) ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich, Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Man merkt die 5* wie wir finden in allen Bereichen. Ausstattung in der von uns gebuchten Suite sehr modern. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze für Mietautos zur Verfügung. Alles top, gerne wieder.”

“Nice hotel all in all. We were with two small children and stayed 2 nights, unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned, and also no water was provided. when I had to walk to the reception to ask for water late at night as we ran out. They mentioned the person who can bring it will only get back in half an hour (was surprised the receptionist didn't just go to the bar to bring us bottles of water as I mentioned we are with small children) Was already too late and I felt it was ridiculous waiting 30……

“Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained. The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel.”

“The room setting, service and light breakfast were very good. It was only the toilet odour in our room that we dislike most. We followed the hotel instruction of throwing toilet paper into the dustbin instead of toilet. The unpleasant odour might come from the toilet paper in dustbin or the sewage pipes. Other than this problem, we are very satisfied with the room.”
