“Riu Caribe is a great property to stay. You have everything in the vicinity restaurants, bar, beach, Riu parties. We stayed for four days and really enjoyed our entire stay.
Riu party was a good experience.
Would recommend going on the right of the property for a cheap massage place by the ocean. Ask for Miguel, he gave us couple massage for $120 USD.
If interested try the jet ski place next to massage place and also the restaurant on the shore, we had amazing shrimp tacos. Their food was……

“Visited May, 2026. This property is well maintained, the hotel grounds is clean, likewise, my room was clean with good amenities, I stayed in building C and had a partial sea view. The pools are well maintained and kids friendly. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Easy access to public transport and convenience stores are a couple minutes walk away. “Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue.
1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416
The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay.
In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick.
I hope management address this issue for future guests.
