The rooms were very clean and well decorated. The staff were polite and professional. The air conditioning was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

Very unique style, beautiful and well worth exploring. We only discovered the underground tunnel just before we left. Charming

Hotel was in a good location, 10-15 minutes or so to the main sites. Room was generally clean and well maintained. Bathroom could do with a deeper clean in places and it is very tight layout. My main complaint was the noise throughout the night. All the doors to the rooms are heavy so every time someone came back you were woken or disturbed by loud bang. The stairs are also metal to that makes an additional noise too. If you are deep sleeper you might be ok.

we totally enjoyed the location! The rooftop bar overlooking the cathedral was amazing! The staff everywhere was great. The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing!

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in August and it was a nice hotel. Location is 10/10. Beautiful and very walkable to absolutely everything. Dining options galore. The property itself is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was very cute but it was very small for two people. We had a large terrace but the terrace was almost as large as the room. The air conditioning could not cool the room down no matter what we turned the temperature to, so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom was extremely small, even for one person. There is a very small pool on site - more of a large hot tub size. Location 10/10. Hotel property 10/10. Hotel room 7/10.

This hotel is beautiful, clean and conveniently located near everything you need, including the train station, all within walking distance. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Highly recommended!
