Great location and very helpful staff. Lovely hotel

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!

This hotel is really well located for the Old Town including Seville Cathedral. It is full of music/Amadeus artifacts making is different from your run of the mill hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The safe was a nightmare. It would lock and not reopen or not lock in the first place. This happened to us and our friends. We both had to have technical help! 😳 We didn't eat or drink there. We had breakfast and drinks one minute away at the Altara. The limoncello spritz is amazing and very strong!! Lovely waiting staff there. Don't think about driving in the old town. We drove to the hotel - huge mistake and then parked our car a 10 minute walk away and didn't move it!!

Hotel was in a good location, 10-15 minutes or so to the main sites. Room was generally clean and well maintained. Bathroom could do with a deeper clean in places and it is very tight layout. My main complaint was the noise throughout the night. All the doors to the rooms are heavy so every time someone came back you were woken or disturbed by loud bang. The stairs are also metal to that makes an additional noise too. If you are deep sleeper you might be ok.
