Tripp, and the staff was amazing, especially front desk clerk Kim. She was front desk on Thursday July 4, and Saturday July 5. She was so helpful with our questions and went above and beyond on hospitality! We will definitely tell others to stay at Hotel Indigo Columbus. Our only disappointment was that there isn't complimentary breakfast."

friendly hotel, a person doesn’t quite know what they might get. This hotel was clean, nice and genuinely

friendly! The breakfast was typical continental breakfast but they kept everything stocked and had the “extras” for bread items (strawberry cream cheese, honey, apple butter, peanut butter, etc). You don’t always see that! Would definitely stay again! "

"I absolutely LOVED our room. Spacious enough for our family. The built in kitchenette was a game changer. The spacious countertops were perfect! All in all, we will DEFINITELY be staying at this chain again. The price was perfect. Amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was perfect for our busy family.
