Mar 18, 2020This is just referring to The Pelican hotel Carolina Not the City Carolina itself. Though extremely affordable, the Pelican is NOT recommended for anyone to stay while on vacation unless you want bedbugs (not mosquitoes), stray cats and bird poop.
