"This is a great onsen experience. Great service and friendly staff. The baths are good and clean, and the kaiseki food is fantastic. Building is a bit old, but the traditional rooms were comfortable and atmospheric. Would go again!"

Sep 29, 2018Beautiful rural area with mountains, rivers and waterfalls. Gero-onsen is an outdoor museum of transferred houses that depict life in an early Japanese settlement. Worth a visit!
