"The hotel is fantastic, love the clean lines and cleanliness is immaculate. The breakfast got a little old but we were there 10 days and we did always have great coffee and a choice of food We think improvement can be made in the front desk staff, only one man on the weekend made anyone feel welcome. ..."

Feb 21, 2020I didn't experience Springdale but a nice town. One thing about the check-in process at the property, which some might not mind, is that the desk staff texts your personal cell phone when you get up to the room to see if everything is ok.
