“This property is even nicer than the photos. It is an older home that has been renovated very well. It is very, very clean. The owner has gone to some effort to make sure that the furniture and fixtures are quality. It is also very closely located to everything in the downtown area, and the neighborhood feels safe. We stayed in it so that we could take the train to Van Buren and back. I highly recommend it if you have a reason to be in Springdale!”

“We could not have ask for a better place. The only thing was that GPS had us going in circles, initially. We finally rebooted our gos and found it. We went a little early so we could check out our location. Once we found it, it was easy getting in and out of area. It definitely would be hard finding the first time in the dark. We will definitely cone back, and we might also like to try the Planetarium house next door! Thank you for the lovely time! ”
