"Room was had a slight mildew smell wich im sure they will are working on staff in nice and seems to take care of any problems stayed here a couple weeks earlier and was in different room the smell might just be that room but it was pretty cheap and its in a quiet location 7-11 right next door"

"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

"We had a lovely stay, and it was very close to Fishing Bay Yacht Club, where my daughter was sailing in a regatta. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. The views and garden were breathtaking! Highly recommend this property!"

"The cabin pictured and advertised on Expedia was NOT what was actually booked. The pictures showed and total different set up including bunk beds and a full bath and kitchen which were not in the actual cabin when we arrived. The pond that’s in the background was not anywhere near the cabin they put us in. The cabin you see on Expedia is not what you actually stay in. "

"House was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked - we needed nothing extra. The front porch was used every day, as was the outside shower in the back yard. The proximity to Central Park was a delight."

"A last-minute change of vacation destination led us to a wonderful time in Cape Charles staying in the right side of this duplex. The street was quiet and near the city park. The beach, shopping, and restaurants were a leisurely sidewalk stroll away. We heard little noise from the guests in the other duplex, and the bedrooms were positioned on the outside walls. "Great open space with lots of room for our whole family. The bathrooms downstairs were a little tight for our handicapped parent and there were some water stains on the ceiling but the house itself was clean and had some extra things like soap and laundry detergent that we could use. The private beach was also amazing and is one of the only beach access areas I’ve seen in cape Charles that has an accessibility mat so the wheelchair could get all the way to the water. "Excellent pet friendly spot in town! Property was very clean, I have zero complaints with it there. Great close location to Central Park and overall not a bad walk to anywhere in Cape Charles. Property managers were excellent and easy to work with, will definitely use their properties again. This is a great place for anyone looking to come to Cape Charles and not spend a fortune like some of the other places around town. "

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. The place looked fresh, appeared recently redone. Heads up: a damage deposit of $50 in cash is required, credit card not accepted for damage deposit. So, if you don’t have $50 in cash, you will not be able to rent a room. And, when you check out, you have to wait while the manager goes to the room and makes sure there is no damage. "
