“Best motel experience I have had. Staff was friendly and came quickly when called despite my not being able to check in until 1 a.m. The room had some wear but was comfortable, clean, and everything worked as it should. The location is very easy to get to and the views of the lake are very nice. I would recommend staying here even if it was more expensive, but since it was not, I would recommend staying here over any of the alternatives in Plattsburgh. ”

We had to ask for the lock box code on the day of the check in which we didn't like having to do and, yet, we felt rushed out. We received several texts about check despite having reassured the manager that we understood the timeline. ”

“Overall our stay was nice. Beautiful sunrises every morning and the lakefront was awesome. The host left a gift which was a nice touch. The kitchen was fully stocked and the queen size bed was very comfortable. The grill in the picture was not the grill that was there. The one there was much smaller. There were a lot of cob webs and spiders all over the house including the floors behind furniture which I understand here and there but felt there was alot more than there should have been if……
