"Michael was great to work with on a need we had. He was pleasant, timely, and accommodating. Excellent place to stay. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room was cool in the summer. It had a small fridge, microwave, basic kitchen needs, a convection plate, and a sink with some dishes and glasses. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"This house was really special and lovely, the location hard to beat. You could easily get to grocery stores and local places we've loved for years, or trot down to Burlington or Waterbury. The water was rare as it's a silt bottom (rather than rocks), and very shallow. Great for little kids, or if you want to walk far out and watch the sunset. The kayaks were wonderful to use to go along the coast on calm mornings. So grateful we were able to make more memories here!"

"This property was great, spacious and well stocked with everything needed for cooking, bedding, towels. We had a large group of 18 so we loved that there was plenty of room and things to do. The large lawn and fire pit were great for outdoor games and smores in the evening. It was great to have 4 bathrooms and laundry on site. Lots to do nearby. We visited Ausable chasm and Ausable Point State Park (beautiful beach) and took the ferry to the Vermont Islands. We had a wonderful trip and our host was very helpful throughout the week!"

"My son has Autism & can become over stimulated. We had Lake front beach to ourselves! He loved running back & forth the entire length. He loved driving around in the golf cart. He loved everything because he enjoys tge outdoors & we spent most of our time outside. It was an amazing base camp to our daily adventures!"
"Check in was easy and fast. Our first room was a non smoking room but smelled like Pot when we went in. I asked to be moved and we were right away. It’s a nice hotel however the carpets could be cleaned in the hallway. Plenty of room for us and the room had a microwave and refrigerator."
"We loved the view of Lake Champlain and the quietness of the area. There was an event going on one night but they were gone by the time we returned around 7:30. Continental breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and roomy for two people. I would return!"

"Mark and Corinne were wonderful hosts. They greeted us at the cabin, gave us a tour, chatted with our kids, and brought the dogs out for some playtime. The cabin was so charming, everything we needed was available. Clean, but definitely rustic. The gardens and grounds were so pretty and fun to explore. And the area is gorgeous. The beach at Port au Roche park is very very nice, and we spent an afternoon at Ausable Chasm. Such a beautiful area with lots to do and see. Easy check in and out, lots of nice kitchen stuff. Highly recommend. "
"My family loves staying at Susan Orr’s wonderful house on Lake Champlain. The house has everything you might need, including a fully stocked kitchen and so many possibilities for entertainment (e.g. kayaks, air hockey, volley ball, games, and more). Perhaps best of all is the incredibly beautiful view of the lake. "

"We loved this place! The back yard was large & flat (great for kids); the beach was perfect and the lake is beautiful! Loved that the water stays shallow for a decent distance for young children. Lots of water toys: kayaks/paddle boards/a canoe. Nice sized bedrooms and plenty of room in the house. Great kitchen and nice fire pit outside with plenty of seating."
"We were thrilled with this area's beauty, with Lake Champlain, the Ausable Chasm, and the property’s location. We hadn’t thought about where we wanted to go for a week, and I just happened to come across this LoZa property and decided to rent it out on a whim. The main reason was the lake and the relatively mild temperatures. This rental business is run professionally, and John and his family were fantastic. I’d highly recommend this rental property to everyone, and our stay here was an amazing 10 out of 10! Ps,We are from Jersey, and we brought our dog with us. He had a blast, especially kayaking with me on the lake. It was awesome! "
