"I had the opportunity to stay at Anchor Inn recently, and I must admit it was the most coziest place I have ever experienced. "Wonderfully renovated! Beautiful furniture, nice amenities, friendly staff, and a stunning view. Our room was well appointed and very clean. The new renovations were very well done! I highly recommend staying here. One small note: rooms by the elevator and service closet on the first floor are a bit noisy at times, due to lots of people coming and going. If you want a quiet room, opt for one away from the elevator."

The area has a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. the only takeaway was that our 1 bedroom unit with a king bed had a mattress that had poor support on the right side which caused back aches. It needs to be replaced."

"Beautiful spot for a couple’s romantic getaway in Newport. Rooms are luxurious with peaceful music playing in our room when we arrived. Beach is just a flight of steps away. Lighthouse is a one mile walk or drive. Very serene & quiet part of Newport. The breakfast was amazing! Would definitely return!"
