“This hotel was great for me and the children, we didn’t have to leave the resort if we didn’t want and everything was walking distance from our room. Hotel Staff as right outside if we needed anything !”

“Front desk clerk was a bit on the rude side when we were asking for directions. Porter and valet were curious and attentive. Maid service unfortunately was not aware we had a party of 4 staying in one room and only restocked towels for one person.”

“We have stayed here a couple of times now and highly recommend the property. It is located close enough to everything but not on the strip with all the traffic and noise. Clean rooms with a great view of Branson at night. Not a big resort with all the amenities but nice place to stay at a reasonable price. You also get a good discount at the great restaurant onsite. Very good breakfast and lunch spot.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful. The property was not inviting. All lawn care was complete ignored. The condos were run down, windows very dirty, furniture was beyond use,trash cans outside the door had a terrible odor. The outlay of French Quarter was excellent, it appears years of lack of maintenance and repairs have severely damaged a once great resort. Again the staff was excellent .”

“Getting out of the car there were cigarette butts all over the parking lot where the staff would go out and smoke and throw them down, The hotel immediately stunk like dog when you walk in. (I didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel before booking) The elevator didn’t work properly, took you 10 tries just to get the door shut. They masked the smell of dog with cheap wall fragrances that gagged you bc it was too strong, the floors looked like they haven’t been swept or mopped since the place……
