“The room was clean, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The only issue I encountered was with the sink faucet. The faucet is not well matched to the size of the sink. The water stream is very narrow, and part of the water splashes onto the countertop instead of flowing directly into the sink. It would be great if this could be improved.”

“We have stayed 3 times over the years this will be our last. Stayed 3 nights. Had to let them know Saturday morning and Monday morning there was no coffee. Monday morning breakfast there was hardly any eggs or bacon, the water had not been filled it was obvious it was from the night before no ice. Very disappointing to spend 555.00 for 3 nights. Our shower Saturday morning the handle was not right we had to really work it to get any hot water, we told the front desk when we went out for the……

“The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.”

“This townhome was absolutely perfect for UofI graduation in May! The location was 2 blocks from commencement making it ideal for every type of event associated with the university. The accommodations included every detail possible - tastefully decorated, a roomy main level kitchen/living area for entertaining (including serving pieces of perfection!). The rooftop included a grill and fire table to allow us to enjoy the outdoors and an awesome view of the area. Thank you for making graduation……
