“LOCATION is NOT everything! Our bungalo was next to dive tank storage so early morning clanking every day. Employees dont respect sleeping guests (early morning raking outside every day). Restaurant is 1.5 hour wait for food, they DO tell you that up front. A beach resort that doesnt provide beach towels? But they will sell them to you. Would not book again, but then again ROA is not a good place to snorkel via the shore so we'd never go back anyway!”

“I arrived to a completely dark hotel. Doors were unlocked to the restaurant, but found no one around. Finally found a number on a door that I messaged and after about 30 minutes he got back to me and send someone down to give me a key. No checkin process, just 'here is your key'. The room itself was fine. That's the best highlight I can come up with. I never saw one customer-service staff person the whole three days I was there. Only one pool was filled with water and it looked very dirty.……
