We don’t like our room cleaned daily (we are clean and security issue) but they could still have cleaned our balcony Sy’s not touched for the whole visit Staff are very professional and courteous. Happy/social hour is great. Beautiful pool beach and sunset views.”

“We had a few things wrong with our room at check in. They also asked for $16 more for a fee they said Expedia didn't pay. Our coffee pot was broken. Our safe was broken. The whole room needs some TLC. Over all our stay was very nice. They could use a place to sit in all the rooms . Ours had no chairs. We had to drag the rocking chairs in every night to sit on other than the bed. They did a fantastic job of cleaning and food was delicious. They did bring me another coffee pot and had to give us a……

“I'm local tourist (honduran) my family likes to visit our country. Some places, like this one, didn't treat us nicely, specially some staff from the restaurant of the hotel. We went to the pool of the Pristine Bay Hotel and the lady did not talk to us nicely. I think they need some education treating the client as well as the administrator of this villa. They need to talk to the client better and explain nicely the rules of everything.”
