"We were extremely happy with the comfort of the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and felt really high quality, the room had a cool industrial vibe to it. In this price range it, it felt downright luxurious! Before arrival, the staff had issues contacting me by SMS, and mailing them through Hotels.com didn't work.
