This comfortable and well-equipped vacation home is located just a few meters from the beach and the sea and offers everything for a successful vacation. On 200 m² you can expect a modern and cozy atmosphere with beautiful decor and good furniture. From the bright living room you have a beautiful view and can spend sociable evenings with the family on the sofa. The fireplace provides pleasant warmth on cool days. A highlight, besides the beautiful view, is the creatively designed activity area with billiards, where you can spend fun evenings.

Outside, the open and covered terrace invite you to spend relaxing moments in the fresh air and sun. Start the day here with a delicious breakfast or spend a quiet afternoon with a good book.

A few kilometers from the house you can do good shopping, visit cafes or restaurants and many sights in Aarhus. Visit the famous art museum ARos or the open-air museum Den Gamle By. A highlight for children is the beautiful playground at Dokk 1.
