"The hotel does not operate under the name Rift Valley hotel but rather Caneth hotel although the company appears to be the same. The phone number does not exist. 5 of us booked 5 rooms individually and paid through hotels.com. When we arrived at 6pm they had no rooms for any of us. Still unclear ..."
