I do also apologize for the TV situation. I am having a hard time getting the company to come out and fix their issues. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The front desk lady was very RUDE!!! Drove 9 hours to have her close the door an say Im closed go book elsewhere and theyll refund you!!! But after seeifn it she probably helped because its a very nasty looking hotel parking lot was dark and obviously rude staff. The baymount Hotel next door was happy to see me an very kind

Full transparency: I did get the night free so at least there was that. The manager and employee who checked me in were both good but I’m just so burned about what happened. Long story short. Got locked out of my room and had to walk a mile to another hotel. I feel another night free would have made up for the hassle and trouble (not saying I would use it but it would be a nice gesture)

Room not ready for guests. Bedside lamp in the bathroom as substitute for inoperable lighting and no towels available. Used soap left by the sink and trash not taken out. No sheets on the beds and comforters wadded up on bare mattresses. Was not offered any bedding or another room though many were unoccupied as we could see through open curtains.

We could only check into two of the four rooms I reserved because the names were not the same as all the family I had with me. Some could not make the trip. There were no exceptions even though I paid for all the rooms online. I then called hotels.com customer service and was on hold for one hour before someone answered. At that point I had made a new reservation somewhere else. After about 20 more minutes on hold while the agent called the hotel with no success I gave up. I would like a full refund for this reservation we could not use.

Ibooked though expidia i didnt get in town and to the motel untill a little after 11pm they had a sign on the door saying no checkins after 11pm and wouldnt give me a refund so my son and i had had to sleep in my truck and im out $50. This place is trash!!!

Travelocity should not list this property. Room keys didn’t work on first two rooms we tried. Third room the key worked but there was someone sleeping in the bed. Forth room the faucet was broken and no smoke alarm. Terrible!

Our experience staying at the property was not good. The room was not clean. Dusty floors, countertops, and desktops. When the door was closed there was a half inch gape at the base. Dust hanging off the ceiling. Additionally, the front desk called at 11:20 p.m. saying I needed to come to the office and pay my bill, which I had already put a deposit on. We had been sleeping for 2 and half hours. Please DO NOT STAY HERE.

The tub drained very slowly so i was standing in inches of water during my shower, the blow dryer overheated and shut off after a couple of minutes of use, the heater didnt work very well, the card reader on the door lock didnt work the first night.

There was a cigarette burn in the bedding, the room did not smell good, and the bathroom was dirty. Some of the lamps did not have light bulbs, and there was a lot of noise that was difficult to drown out.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the sink was badly clogged. This was a bit disappointing because I was hoping to use it to shave, but for the price I paid I think it can be excused.

Most Disgusting Hotel
Probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The door to the room was open when I arrived and the frame to the door was falling apart. The room smelled like smoke. There was a glob of hair on the bed. The drapes had stains and paint all over them and were semi broken. One of the lamps didn’t have a lightbulb in it. The paint on the bathtub was peeling off and there were stains all over the rest of the bathroom. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay anywhere but here. You might ask why I didn’t request another room. I had just driven 15 hours and was dead-tired. I quickly fell asleep and left as soon as I woke up.

The mini fridges kept going out, the outlet in the room is bad, they told me there was a one time pet fee of twn dollars but told my husband that its ten dollars a night for pets, many eletrical blackouts, rooms are too small, no laundry facility as promoted on hotles.com, toilets and sinks keep clogging up, they didnt pay the trash contractor so the trash contractor took the dumpsters and never returned them, and if you ask for anything, it takes them hours to bring it to you. The free breakfast is always a brown paperbag with a granola bar and a pack of small muffins. The wifif passwaord is very confusing too.

Disappointing room.
My stay wasn’t very good. The heater didn’t work and it’s freezing in my room. Tried to shower but the tiles in the shower started falling off the wall. It was missing the blow dryer and none of my cards worked on the door.

Pretty bad! This is a motel NOT a hotel as the name states. Pool looks as if it’s never been opened. Pot holes in the parking lot, stair rails falling apart, David and walls falling apart. Inside the first room they gave us, looks as if someone was sleeping in it. There was an old fast food cup inside and not surprising as the lock on the door didn’t work. The next room they gave us at least locked and since we were only going to be there to sleep and shower it was ok. I would never sleep by here again though.
