Great Place to Stay!
This was so much better that getting multiple hotel rooms. They have everything we needed, and we could all be together. We loved the ping pong and air hockey tables in the garage and the nice covered dining area on the back deck. It's close enough to Disneyland to walk or a very short Uber ride away.

Perfect Disneyland Stay
This house was perfect for my family of 6. Had a great space for our kids to play as well as chill after a couple long days. The proximity to Disneyland makes it a perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation if you don’t want to stay in a hotel. Will definitely be back!😁

Amazing Location!
Great value property. If you plan on spending most of your time at Disney this is an ideal location from the park. Nothing fancy but definitely did the job. Floors are very squeaky, but wasn’t a problem for us. Would definitely go back.

Nice House, Good Location, Could be Cleaner
The house is very nice, has a nice back yard. Kids loved the games in the garage. It’s a good location to Disneyland. However, it could have been cleaner and needs some updating. So if you’re just using it to sleep in that’s fine. Shower heads were dirty kind of gross. The first shower did not drain and the sink didn’t drain either. The outdoor play set is dirty and that slide needs some bolts and screws fixed as it’s not very safe. I think the air didn’t turn on for the air hockey table. Rooms were nice. Floor boards were creaky and very loud as other reviews had said. Overall fit its purpose. Staff was friendly and let us check in early.

Shower heads have hard water stains and drains can be fixed by maintenance if we are aware of them. The outdoor playset is in the process of being replaced. This was a beautiful house: clean, decorated beautifully, well provisioned, and plenty of room and beds for our family - well beyond anything we could have wanted in a Disney house. We would book this again!

Great location
Overall the house was great! Well stocked, maintained, and plenty of space. The master bedroom mattress was a little worn and could be replaced. The hardwood floors while very nice and clean but were pretty creaky. It was totally fine for our family with a little older kiddos but if you had an infant/toddler that was a light sleeper it could prove to be a challenge. One other note that is completely out of the control of the homes owner/property manager…the neighboring house is pretty run down, dirty, and looks to be owned by hoarders. The biggest challenge with this is there was a definite smell coming from their backyard. Again, for my family it wasn’t an issue because we were at the parks from early to late at night so spent no time outside. But if you were at the house planning to be outside in the backyard cooking and playing it could prove to be an issue. Also because of the untidiness of the neighbors home and yard there were many cats (all friendly).

Convenient for Disney and convention center
This house was perfect for our family and in-laws during our Disney/work trip. Walkable to both Disneyland and the convention center although it is a bit of a haul, especially on the way home after walking all day. The house felt spacious for our group including a baby and toddler. As others said the playground equipment was a letdown since it was falling apart and not safe for use. But it was great to have other baby equipment there. This is through a vacation rental company and not vrbo which was a bit confusing at first but all worked out and everything seemed organized. There are a lot of rules to follow as well but we had no problems.

Disneyland Family Vacation
My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. It was perfect walking distance to the parks. The house was a great size for my family. We had 6 adults and 3 kiddos all under 6 years old. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. My only suggestion would be to tear down the playset in the back yard and put up a new one since it’s falling apart and the kids wanted to play on it anyway. Overall I highly recommend staying here if you have a family and want to be able to walk to the parks.

The house was great for our family and we enjoyed staying at the house. It is advertised it is 1/2 mile from Disneyland, but technically it is a mile away. There are no shortcuts from Walnut Street. It was a dark walking through the neighborhood at night. The neighborhood was very quiet throughout the night. The bathrooms were a little worn, kickboards were coming off. The floor in the living room was squeaky. A few suggestions would be more plates and bowls, more dish towels for the kitchen, a filter water system and more chairs for the dining room table. The beds and couch were very comfortable and clean.

The house was very clean and the area very quiet despite being close to the highway. One thing I will mention (and this is not the landlord's responsibility but something visitors will need to know) is that for some reason rideshares drop you off the next street over rather than the house. No idea why.

Great Vacation home
The house was great with lots of supplies and amenities. The location was a bit further from Disneyland than anticipated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and lots of other appliances. The check in and check out times are pretty ridged. The listing mentions paying extra for early check in and late check out. The check out of 10am was a bit steep, especially for those who have later flights home or want to go to the parks on their last day. Overall, great place!

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to walk to Disneyland, about 20mins or so. The playground out back needs some love, but our kiddos loved the game room area! It was perfect for what we needed.

Great home near Disneyland
We had a wonderful stay at this home with 4 adults and 3 children. We actually walked to and from Disney through Downtown Disney. It is about 1.5 miles to the main gates but worked great for us as we spent the entire day each day at the park. The home had everything we needed including lots of strollers to choose from for kids. We brought our own stroller but ended up using an additional one for the third child. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. We were at the home primarily for sleeping and breakfast and it served our needs really well.

Great space great location
The house was great and everything was close by we had a really fun time exploring Disneyland and the house had strollers and everything we needed thank you . We arrived at noon and check in was at 4:00 I was trying to message and call about possibly getting in a little earlier but I just got ignored which is ok as it is the policy for check in at 4 I just felt it was weird that I was getting ignored when I had just spoken to someone.

Clean home, nice location
Spacious house, particularly for a family of 4. House was clean and kitchen was spacious. Only gripe is that there was not a Keurig or any sort of coffee. Have to come prepared with preference of morning beverage. The walk to Disney is doable. We did it, but also took an Uber a couple of times. It may be shorter once construction on Disney property is completed and can "cut through". Finally, just be mindful that unless you have a large group, it may not pencil out to be less expensive than a hotel due to additional fees, which were not necessarily detailed in the initial price. That being said, overall we would recommend this stay.

The house perfectly matched the listing. It was very family-friendly and a no more than 20-minute walk from the entry to Downtown Disney. As other reviews noted, the listing is managed by a property management company, so there will be a few extra steps and forms to complete after booking on VRBO. But the staff of the management company were friendly, helpful, and communicative, so don't be scared off from booking because of that.

Great Disney location

I was very pleased with this property. The best analogy is to say we walked through turn on the century small town main street, to our vehicle, then directly to a home with simple charm. The house was perfect for our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 small kids. We spent most of our time in Disneyland, but it was nice to have the house as a Homebase to come home to. LaDonna was easy to get a hold of and nice to deal with via email. Would highly recommend the place!

Great location and peaceful rest during Disneyland trip!
Neighborhood was close to Disneyland and great for coming home in the middle of the day to eat or rest. Takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Disneyland. But if you go through downtown disney you can save time by taking the monorail into Tomorrowland. The home had lots of pluses big beds, space to relax, great backyard, awesome kitchen. A couple cons are the really loud floor boards and mattresses. Though for the price and location and other amenities those can be overlooked. Will stay again!

Excellent location to visit Disneyland. House was very clean, comfortable and in good condition, it matches the description. The check in process was a hassle though, we had to communicate with different people outside the VRBO app which made me quiet nervous, so be ready for that (they even asked for a bank statement) After all the requirements were completed and approved the rest of our trip went very smooth and we enjoyed the stay very much.

Easy to book, easy to check in, easy to check out. The neighbors were sweet and kind. Property is very very close to Disney. There was plenty of room for our entire family, even with grandparents. It was exactly as listed and fit our needs for the week perfectly! For reference we had 2 kids, 2 parents and a total of 3 grandparents (7 people).

Spacious and clean place!!!
Fantastic place for me and my family!!! The property was ver spacious and clean!!! We loved the games room for the kids and we loved the outdoor patio where we had breakfast one morning!!! The rooms were big and the kitchen and living was a great common room to share!!! The walk to the Disneyland parks were longer than we thought because of the big parking lot we had to walk around! Beside that, the location is great, near the Orange Outlets!

The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6. This is an older house in an established residential neighborhood so you don't get the glitz and glammar of the vacation experience but it was nice to be able to take a quick 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney and access the parks from there.

Great place, tough communication
This was a great place to stay. House was well equipped and very clean. It worked out perfect for our stay. The communication prior to check in was tough, there were emails with request for payments outside of VRBO, there were other portals with information about the property, I got texts from the management group, over all this created a lot of duplicated information or the need to keep track of 4 or 5 streams of communication to make sure you did everything they asked you to do. I’d prefer a single mode of communication that way I know where to go to get the information I need.

A good home base for Disney trip
Our family enjoyed the stay. It had all the things a household would need to function. There was some attention to detail things that I noticed but it was things such as under beds and such was not cleaned and washing machine showed it’s age. Silly little things. They do need a plug for their bathtub. I was sad not to be able to take a bath after a long day on my feet. Oh and the hvac worked but was maybe user issue not 100% sure but there was a lot of fluctuations in overnight temp control.

Nice little house, close to Disney
House was clean and had what we needed. The complimentary strollers were very appreciated. It’s a good location, just a short walk to the bus stop for the Disney shuttle. The play structure in the back could use some TLC, but it seemed safe enough for our toddler. We enjoyed our stay.

quiet location
The house was quiet and in a good area. We used the home for our Disney trip. It is over a mile walk but he used an Uber one day and it was $8 and worth it. The HVAC system ran constantly and the fan noise was annoying. The system rattled in the back bedroom and it was hard to sleep. The master bed wasn't that comfortable. The Wii and Air hockey didn't work. I messaged the property manager but never got a response back.

Great location & charm!
Overall the property has a great location and very comfortable. It could use a little TLC in some areas, but it was a great place to relax after a full day at the parks.

Wonderful rental!
We had a wonderful time at this property during our most recent trip to Disney. It’s nice to have a home-like atmosphere when staying with a larger group of our family. Was a bit disappointed in the stroller selection, as one of the double strollers was broken and held together with a plastic bag tied around the canopy and the other had a big rip in the bottom storage area, but other than that the amenities were nice. The play set in the backyard was also unsuitable for play, as it was covered in tons of spiderwebs. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and the property was clwan, safe, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
