“The location is nice an quiet and in a safe area. This was a GREAT value, but note some things in the comment for improvements. The home is clean, relatively updated and spacious for 2 people. Neighbors were quiet and working folks in the cul du sac. The items that could be improved to make a stay perfect: 1) Some sort of instruction booklet on expectations, things in the area, check out times, how run furnance/ac, etc... There was password to access wi-fi on table, which was about it. 2)……

“This house has a multitude of amenities. I highly recommend this house if you have teenagers. A lot to do without leaving the home. The pool is very well kept and the outdoor space is great for hanging out in the shade or in the sun. The pool table kept the girls occupied many nights as well. All the rooms are spacious and the towels/linens are plentiful. A large dining room table is great and conveniently located off the large kitchen with updated appliances. There are Samsung TV's in……

“Two night stay for anniversary celebration with friends. The condo is in an excellent location two minutes to downtown Safety Harbor and quick drives to Clearwater and Tampa. The property is incredibly well maintained and beautifully decorated. Feels very much like you are staying in someones home, not a "rental." Spotlessly clean! “This house was awesome. We are already trying to figure out how we can stay here again. The host was extra helpful to us, replied to us in a very timely manner, and was very kind. The house was meticulously clean. The rooms are spacious and abundant. Plenty of bathrooms for all as well, several en suite rooms. Beds are comfortable. Towels and linens are clean and abundant. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, with the tranquil lake across the street. Plenty to do for our kids between a little……

“After traveling 20 hours in a car we were so exhausted. Host was kind enogh to allow us to check in a little early. We had a 6 year old and 2 dogs and the 1 bed room space was bigger than a hotel room. Host was quick to respond and property was close to alot of unique local food. We all left happy and will definite be staying again. ”

“We were supposed to check in by 3 PM, but when we showed up at 5 PM the cleaners of the house were still there and we had to wait and sit and wait in the driveway until 6 PM until they were finished cleaning. The house smelled like smoke and marijuana and wasn’t the cleanest. ”
