"The on site parking garage is not available to guests. I was told the on site parking is only for hotel employees. The only parking is valet, operated by a third party company, and for $39, they will park in various uncovered an unsecured surface lots off-site. I arrived at the bar at 10:11 pm, and while there were two bartenders, and many customers, they would not pour me one drink to take to my room. "Bar is closed.""

"The view was very good. The furniture was old and not in good shape. Had to pay almost $60 for two beach chairs where at the Sandpearl it’s included. It was above average hotel. Staff was nice. "

"It is a clean hotel right next to Busch Gardens. The pool was dirty and not well maintained. Other than that the breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly."

"The location was great, however, the power went out on the second night and we decided to stay with friends. The staff, well 1 woman, was very rude and disrespectful to anyone that walked into the office. Instead of being apologetic and understanding, she purposely took her time in anyway possible. The room wasn’t bad just small and for the price, a motel 6 would’ve been comparable. It was unfortunate and I wouldn’t recommend to stay there, but everyone has a different experience. If you do stay, I hope your experience is better than ours"
