“I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot. ”

“This property was surprisingly affordable for a 2B/2b townhome. The location is really convenient to so many things — medical, hair salons, restaurants, gas stations, CVS — seemed like anything we needed was within a 5-10 minute drive. (Both bedrooms are upstairs, if that matters to anyone.)Property is not new or fancy/high tech (and a few of the nearby duplexes are needing to be upgraded) but 617 was in very good shape (especially for a pet friendly unit), clean, safe, and very comfortable....

“The Hemmingway provided the right amount of space for our family during our stay in Tampa. Beautiful view from the room and wonderful bay front lounging areas around the property. There is also a nice little pool side restaurant. Would highly recommend this property.”
