“Less than 10 mins walk to the Capitol. Cute cafes and restaurants within 20 mins walk. The place is exactly as described. Lovely patio space in the back to enjoy some fresh air. Checking in and out was a breeze. Communication with the owners were super easy and Eric was very responsive. Had a great time staying there!”

“Great appointment, very clean and well stocked. The only negative thing was the street noise. There is a government apartment building across the street so lots of loud music and talking until midnight. We just didn’t leave after dark.”

“I had an absolutely delightful stay and everything was as described (and even better)! The neighbourhood was perfect - close enough to everything, but tucked away from the mega tourist zones. It had a real "neighbourhood" feel with all the amenities. If using transit, there were a few bus stops very close by and the Metro stations were a moderate walk away (15 mins). The actual room was also very pleasant - a perfect size for a "crash pad", just as the pictures show. The property manager was...

“We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from Georgetown. It was the perfect place for all of us to gather and visit. The house is very clean and beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, and communication with the host was prompt and so very accommodating.”

We contacted the property manager via the phone number they gave and the website but we never got any help. The neighbors next to the back patio were smoking marijuana and talking loudly. We could hear it and smell it in the bedroom.”

“Our stay was better than I expected. The home was clean and user friendly. The second bed that was listed was actually a blow-up queen mattress but there was plenty of bedding for it. The property was in a nice area with plenty of easy parking on the street. The location gave easy access to the Metro station and downtown DC. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.”
