I loved how nice decorated our hotel was, in fact my expectations were exceeded once we arrived. Everyone was extremely accommodating, especially Alejandro! He was so kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for us. He’s incredible! The walls are a bit thin so it’s likely that you can hear everyone and they could probably hear you but nonetheless I would definitely stay there again!

Amazing property and staff. We felt very secure here and it was beautiful grounds and incredibly quiet. The staff were extremely friendly. We will definitely be back!

The staff was amazing, the property was beautiful, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable! Location was central enough to walk everywhere but out far enough to have quiet in the night. I would totally stay again!

Great location and pretty lobby/outside area. However, the beds are not comfortable at all. The rooms are small and seem old. There is no AC, fan only which makes noise. Shower/bathroom is nice and there’s no shortage of hot water. Staff does not respond to messages timely or clearly when reaching out.

The property was very clean, and the staff members were all super helpful. Their were a lot of common areas with chairs and the rooftop had amazing views of the surrounding volcano’s

Favorite hotel I stayed in for the value. This was affordable, safe and clean. They have an abundance of comfortable outdoor seating areas and a rooftop terrace with views of the volcanoes. Convenient walkable location near the center of Antigua. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were simple but modern and had everything we needed. Free coffee was available 24/7. I would stay here again.

Our family of four were there over Christmas which was unique and perhaps different from other times of the year. The fireworks on Christmas eve were next door and therefore very loud and long but made it a unique experience. Loved the Antigua vibes of the hotel. Rooms were clean. Close to city center but far enough away to be quiet. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel within walking distance from all main attractions in the city. Hotel is pretty nice and quiet however if someone speaks loud in the next room you’ll hear it all.

We had a great time at this hotel (5 nights) and had only praises to give the staff and hotel itself until today. We checked out on Thursday 11/23 and just noticed my wife is missing $40 usd from her wallet (she had $80 before we left room unattended Tuesday night (11/21) to climb Acatenango). It left a sour taste in our mouth to know someone (housekeeping?) went through our stuff in our room (#25) that night we were sleeping on the mountain. We are at the Guatemala airport now trying to contact hotel but call not going through.

Characterful hotel in a good location
Chracterful hotel in a great location on a relatively quiet street. Front desk staffed at all times it seems, although they didn't pick up my app message until after we'd left. While the room was a bit small there were plenty of seating areas and roof terrace (great views) to use.

Stayed here on a busy weekend and this place was pricey compared to other places but I chose it because they said they had laundry, Netflix etc. I dropped off my clothes at the front desk at 3 pm when I arrived expecting my laundry to be done by the evening but they told me it wouldn’t be done till 8 am the next morning. I tried picking it up at 8 am and it wasn’t done, then 9, 9:30 and finally they brought it after 10. Was very inconvenient because I had given them almost all my clothes. The Wi-Fi was terrible and kept cutting out every time I walked around the room. There was a terrible smell coming out of the bathroom toilet that stunk up the room and if you have an American Netflix account then it won’t work there. The only positive thing about this place is that it has plenty of hot water and I was able to wash my hair
