The ONLY place to stay in Aracaju. Not many Americans/English speakers in the area but this hotel made you feel at home. Lots of cool events at the hotel. Immaculately clean.

I totally recommend the Vidam. The most amazing point was the hospitality of the staff that worked at the hotel. Paulo, Anitta and Antônio were amazing. They went above and beyond. The outdoor spaces and amenities were great. The only two cons in my opinion were the jacuzzi (not on during the cold days) and the bedroom decor.

O pessoal da recepção, embora simpáticos, são muito limitados. O sinal da internet e velocidade são péssimos: mal chega a 10 MBS. Fiz reclamação diretamente à gerente do fato. A cama de bom tamanho, mas muito mole, causando dores na coluna! Banheiro bom. Tamanho do quarto bom. O café da manhã tem doces que não são gostosos, mas as frutas sõ excelentes, assim como os ovos mexidos. Boa variedade de comida.

Ótima opção em Aracaju
Hotel excelente, tivemos dias de descanso e com serviço de qualidade, incluindo réveillon. O staf é claramente bem treinado e o hotel tem uma excelente infra-estrutura. Quarto é espaçoso e sempre muito bem limpo. Há duas piscinas com serviço de bar em cada uma. O restaurante é bom, mas pelos preços altos esperávamos mais. O colchão do quarto é muito mole para o nosso gosto. Mas no geral é um hotel que retornariamos.

O hotel é muito bom! Quarto confortável, excelente estrutura, restaurante, piscina etc. A única coisa ruim foi o atendimento no Check-in. Fui com meus filhos e as recpcionistas extremamente despreparadas não queriam honrar a tarifa adicional descrita na reserva do Hoteis.com/expedia. A administração deveria colocar gente mais preparada na linha de frente.
