Beautiful Studio Apartment with large balcony and AMAZING sea views.
The Port Royal complex is in a slightly elevated position and is situated about 10/15 minute walk from the centre of Los Cristianos. The complex is typically Andalusian, with white buildings, individual in style, surrounded by many tropical plants and flowers. There is a Italian restaurant on site , along with many more surrounding the complex, giving you the choice of not only Spanish but Mexican, Indian, Chinese, American and Italian cuisine, to name but a few, and all within a two minute walk from our apartment. However, a gentle stroll down into the town will give you hundreds more to choose from. There is a Large supermarket just 2 mins from the complex to enable you to stock up on essentials. You will also find Car hire shops, places where you will be able to book trips, pick up points, money exchange, cash point machine and a taxi rank, Taxis are plentiful and cheap.
Our Apartment is a Beautiful 3rd floor light and airy Studio apartment, with a AMAZING sea view, decorated in a modern style with contemporary furniture. The apartment is fully equipped, it has satellite TV with all main UK Channels along with Sky Sports. & Free WIFI. Full kitchen with washing machine & a newly renovated bathroom.
Los Cristianos once a small fishing village, still retains its charm, and is a delightful place to stay. There are an abundance of outdoor cafes, restaurants and bars along the promenade. In the town there is a picturesque square with some excellent shops, it also boasts a popular Sunday market. This resort is an ideal destination for families and couples of all ages, who appreciate the terrific all year round climate with temperatures rarely dropping below 70F. There is a regular ferry that take you to the islands of La Gomera, El Hiero and La Palma or you could take one of the great variety of excursions eg see The Volcanic Mount Teide the highest mountain in Spain. There is a fantastic local water park Aqualand and Siam Park both are ideal for the children and adults alike with a free bus which picks up in the local area. There are various boat trips from the harbour to watch the whales and dolphins and also a number fishing trips.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment with great views on a nice peaceful complex with good pool facilities, this apartment is far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet but only a short walk to bars and restaurants, the owner was very helpful and responsive to any questions we asked, would definitely stay here again

Studio apartment.
Had a great stay in this apartment. Well equipped including a washing machine. Quiet complex at the top of the hill in Los Cristianos. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk away. Heated pool with plenty of sun beds. Sunny balcony with a sea view. Would recommend a stay here.

Had a great holiday staying in this lovely apartment set in a quite complex.Large sunny balcony with great views of the sea and amazing sunset.Swimming pool area is spotless with plenty of sun beds.Location is up a hill but taxis nearby if needed.Supermarket,bars and restaurants close by would recommend Bella Roma just on the corner of the complex great food and service.This apartment was home from home would stay again.

Great place to stay we loved it!
Myself my partner and my three year old daughter have just come back from a two week stay in " the beach house" 3/10/17-17/10/17.
We thoroughly loved the place as it was like home from home, the apartment had everything you could ask for and more! It was very clean and is very spacious, plenty of room for us three, as well as great wardrobe space. Also we loved the huge balcony where we spent a lot of time eating outside, soaking up the late afternoon sun and taking in the beautiful view, It was also safe for my daughter.
The swimming pool was great too myself and my daughter spent a lot of time in there, it was very clean, well maintained and not too busy.
With in walking distance there were a couple of good supermarkets as well as a number of great restaurants. The beach is about 15 minute walk, a little longer for golden Sands.
We also met some residents who live on port royal who made us feel really at home too, we met some very friendly people. Sam was easy to contact if needed and replied promptly. I actually left my driving licence in the apartment and had it back to myself in the U.K within a week!!
We would definitely stay here again well recommended.

Just spent a week in this lovely studio, spotlessly clean, fantastic location and surrounded by great restaurants and bars.

We visited the property 01-09-17 - 08-09-17 had a great time, property was lovely, clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment. Really nice balcony, lovely to sit out for breakfast. Pool area is lovely and modern - always very quiet and lots of space so we were never crowded. The apartment is a bit of a walk up the hill from Los Cristianos beachfront, however we did not mind at all - only approx. 10 minutes and is well worth staying up here if you like peace and quiet. Thank you Sam & Dave for a great trip - we would definitely visit again.

lovely clean apartment with great views from the balcony
The photos do not do this apartment justice. It's a lovely little place plenty of room for me and my partner and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the balcony. Very spacious and lovely views. The apartment was very clean and we'll equipped. Couldn't ask for better value for money. There is also plenty of shops and restaurants near by which is great if you don't feel like conquering the hill to get back from town. Would highly recommend this apartment.
