Close walk to 12 South. There’s a Hattie Bs and Maple Street biscuit within two blocks. There’s a Publix about four blocks. It’s close enough to downtown to be convenient but without the hassle of paying to park and with some more living space than a hotel room”

“Great location, cute little studio apartment & good communication from host. We stayed just 1 night, in town for a comedy show at Zanies. The communication from the host via app, email & text was great. Very clear instructions & easy to find, free parking was nice, the apartment was well appointed. Only thing off was the listing indicated a pull out sofa and there was no sofa, just 2 occasional chairs in the kitchen area. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us when we arrived but we had planned to...
