You see, we have multiple radios aiming to reach all our chalets but occasionally as was the case during your stay, the radio closest to you was malfunctioning. However, your frustration is warranted. I updated our listing to say Wi-Fi available in some rooms as we cannot always guarantee Wi-Fi all rooms all the time.Thank you for choosing to stay with us!
