“转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。”

“My husband and I stayed here for a night before starting our safari and it was the wonderful reset that we needed. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and very spacious. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant on the roof and the food was delicious and the portions were generous. The hotel is also in a great location and convenient. It's walking distance to the Tanzanite Experience and the Masai Market - which we checked out. Overall, this hotel was a great value and……

“The service in the lodge of resturant is cold and My prada eyewear and box got lost in restraunt when restaurant manager is preparing the table. while the cctvs did not founction well during the time of theft. The lodge manager Dismas simba did not say anything sorry and do not care if i post the experience to other places. i filed the case in local police. police is going to investigate and ask them why all the cctvs failed to work just during the time of theft.”

“I stayed here on three separate nights and enjoyed my stay. The front desk was helpful arranging transportation to and from the airport, were extremely friendly and welcoming! The property grounds are well-maintained and the restaurant has vegetarian options as well. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tanzania!”

“This was a splurge reservation at the end of our ten days in Tanzania. What a treat that was-especially after struggling with Internet and other “missing” items at other properties. Everything about the Neptune property was first rate from the furnishings to the food to the convenience and the staff. Yes, the price point was higher than we normally spend but truly if you get what you pay for, the price seems justified. At Neptune we received what we paid for and then some!”

“Close to the Maasai Market so we could shop and send our merch home. We were within walking distance of the market and old clock tower. Staff was amazing and the food for bury breakfast and dinner was outstanding! ”

“酒店房间太小，厕所地漏太牛逼了，洗完澡水都漫到卧室了。提前一个周预定了房间并收取了费用，入住当天居然前台说没房间了，也没有任何邮件及电话通知，总之整个体验太糟糕了。”

“Beautiful property in somewhat isolated area. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Only regret did not allow enough time to enjoy the property. The restaurant does not offer ala carte choice but requests can be accommodated.”
