Plenty of space and a cook's kitchen
We had to be in Atlanta for Christmas this year, a big change for us as we are always home for Christmas. Yes, the kids are teenagers, but still, I thought we would miss some of our traditions. We missed very few, because the kitchen was so well furnished! We were able to make muffins on Christmas morning, bake cookies, make gingerbread houses, etc. And, it was a big house, allowing us to spread out for recharge time, too. It really felt like home, and it was lovely!

Family Home in Walking Distance of AIS
The house was so clean and fully stocked. Easy to check-in. Any issues pretty much immediately addressed by property manager. The location is AMAZING. It is in walking distance of AIS (Atlanta International School), the Garden Hills Pool and a 5 minute drive to pretty much any type of grocery store and coffee shops and loads of restaurants.

Would definitely stay again!
The house was great. Spacious, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, with a great location (within a very short walking distance of all that buckhead village has to offer). Rick was very responsive and overall it was a great experience. The next time I’m heading to Atlanta, I’ll be sure to check if Rick’s home is available.

The house was nicely furnished, clean and large enough for our group of 7. We would be comfortable with 8 as well. Plenty of space to socialize and relax. Nice for a long weekend.

Beautiful Clean Home with Lovely Gardens
This home has been nicely remodeled with hardwood floors and great outdoor areas. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden full of camellias and azaleas.

Comfortable Home
The house was smaller than we had imagined from the photos. Nevertheless, we were all very comfortable. There was a distinct "cat smell" as we walked into the house (my wife noticed before I did). We purchased air fresheners, and that helped to some extent. Also, the oven had not been cleaned when we arrived. I would suggest adding a sentence about the driveway to the description; there is a steep incline, which could be problematic for some people. Finally, the lights on the front porch were not functioning when we arrived, but they were fixed one day before our departure. All in all while we enjoyed our stay, we are not likely to rent his property again.

Wonderful experience!
This was a lovely home to have my family stay in for my son’s wedding. The location is superb for the Buckhead area. The home is nicely decorated and had all of the things they needed for a comfortable stay. We will have friends or family stay there again!

Nice in anticipation, but obvious concerns upon arriving.
The location is excellent. But......the driveway is very difficult. Bringing luggage into the house is dangerous down stone steps with no railing. The ownership has not considered guest safety. There are no hand railings in the stairs, there are no fire extinguishers, and the easily visible air ducts are full of dirt which is a prime tire hazard. And the dining room chairs need people 7’ tall to avoid having your chin on the table.

You are glad you like the house and the location. There were absolutely fire extinguishers on both levels and the location of them is in the guest book. The air ducts are in the floor because it is a 100-year-old house so yes, it is easy to see in them but they are cleaned regularly on a maintenance contract. As for the railing, our insurance company didn't request that we have one but we will take you up on your suggestion and have one added. Thank you for your business.

A Rare Find!
This immaculate, spacious home was the perfect place for our family weekend in Atlanta. It is beautifully furnished, a great kitchen and dining room, friendly seating areas inside and out. The Buckhead location is ideal, close in yet in a comfortable, walkable neighborhood. Rick is responsive and accommodating. It's what you want in a VRBO experience.

This Home is a Must for Your ATL Stay
This home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Mostly everything you could possibly need is available to you in this house. I say mostly, because my mother would suggest additional TVs, especially in the upstairs master BR. My only ‘issue’ with the house is that there are not many outlets in the smaller bedrooms, so you might want to bring an extension cord or two. The real deal on this house however is this: 1. It’s beautiful inside and out and the furnishings are beautiful AND comfortable. There are two master bedrooms in the home and all four bedrooms are decorated beautifully! 2. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need including beautiful appliances, and seating at the large island. The pantry is pretty well stocked with the basics. 3. The location is great-25 minutes from Hartsfield Jackson, close to the ATL downtown area, and is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. 4. Communication with the owner was easy. He was very responsive and understanding when we needed to push our dates back a bit and when it was time to start our visit to the area, we received specific information about the house, the check in process and who to call if there were any concerns. Finally, I would 100% recommend this house and when I return to ATL, I will definitely rent this vacation home again!

Great Family Home In Convenient Garden Hills
The house was perfect for our 5-person family’s stay for granddaughters’s baptism! Everything about the house was top notch - from its convenient location to the extremely comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen! We enjoyed our stay and were happy to be able to have our Atlanta family members over for a cookout. Wonderful weekend and definitely would stay here again! Only issue - couldn’t get into house when arrived due to cleaning people still being there (but have not raised this issue with owner).

Weekend Staycation
I invited 7 of my friends to join me for a Staycation in Atlanta to celebrate my 50th. The house is beautiful and equipped with EVERYTHING you need. The beds are super comfortable. All 8 of us travel often and love it when the accommodations exceed our expectations-- and this home...did just that! One suggestion: It would be even more awesome if the full size bed were a queen.

Exceeded expectations
The house was clean, roomy, and perfect for multiple families. It was close to Piedmont Hospital which is what we needed and gave us a comfortable abode to come back to. The kids even made s’mores! Would definitely recommend this place and stay again!

Perfect house for a family!
This house is very well equipped for cooking and relaxing! We made Thanksgiving dinner here and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It is very well located to shops and restaurants in the Buckhead area. All of the beds were comfortable too - we will definitely rent this house again :)!

Beautiful home in perfect location
We recently spent 5 nights in the home over Labor Day. It was in immaculate condition, well stocked and in a perfect location. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. Everything my group of 5 friends needed for a lovely visit to Atlanta. House is well furnished and comfortable for a group. One small suggestion - I don't expect to have shampoo, conditioner available, but it doesn't naturally occur to travelers to pack their own soap...Hotel size soap bars or body wash in the showers would have been much appreciated and saved an annoying trip to CVS. I know, just a little thing....no major complaints at all, we had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed our time together playing games and cooking dinner . The neighborhood is beautiful! The city offers great shopping and dining. I would recommend the house to anyone. I must say the towels are endless and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the washer and dryer was a must for our group. Simply welcoming.

Let me first say that the pictures represent the house very well. The house is just as fabulous as it is presented on the web-site. We had everything we needed to make our stay a memorable one for my family. I really never needed to reach out to the owner or manager except for once and I received an answer in a timely manner. Relaxing
We spent about a week at this home which was very nicely done. We have stayed at many homes over the years, but this house was completely stocked with all of the essentials and many extra items. They have a wonderful pantry with nicely done rooms and plenty of room for our business needs. Our company chose to keep our team in one location where we could have a run down of daily business activities at the World Energy Engineering Conference. It was extremely relaxing and the back yard was cozy and comfortable. The owners did a wonderful job making it a home away from home.

We moved here for a week to escape Hurricane Irma and really enjoyed our stay. The home is extremely well equipped and is located in a gorgeous and very central neighborhood. Great for small kids too with several parks nearby.

This house had EVERYTHING we needed to host a Groom's side of a wedding! Perfectly located!
One year ago we started looking for a spot that we could" Home Base" our side of the family for our son's Atlanta wedding. This was the perfect home!!! Unbelievable central location and fabulous neighborhood! Close to hotels, restaurants, shops and freeways!! But, better yet was the house itself!! Our immediate family stayed for the week. The 4 bedrooms provided fabulous sleeping accommodations! The beds, pillows and decor were spot on! The kitchen was even better!! It had EVERYTHING! We hosted extended family for a cook out one evening. We prepared everything in this well stocked kitchen(including backed goods)! Their back patio was a favorite spot to relax! So comfortable that my daughter wanted to take their patio furniture home with her! They have everything that you will need! At one point we thought, due to rain in the forecast, that we need to purchase umbrellas for the big day. NO, I found several new ones in the closet, along with rain ponchos!! The minor things that we had problems with, light switches, were address promptly!! I would HIGHLY recommend renting this house!

Chef's kitchen dream
We stayed for a long weekend using every bit of the kitchen to prep for our daughter Chef to participate in Junior League of Atlanta's Tour of Kitchens. This home is a great place to chill and cook. We thoroughly enjoyed our Atlanta get-away, and the home was a key factor. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, the home had all of the amenities that we were looking for and the neighborhood was beautiful as well as convenient. I would definitely look into staying at he home again.
