Boutique feel at a steal
Dr Mia is a communicative & responsive host. The tiny house is charming & has a boutique vibe. I was in town to visit friends & family, and the location was perfect because it was central to everyone. This property is a great value!

Excellent tiny house
Stayed here while I wait for my lease in Atlanta, it was splendid, I couldn’t ask for a better host and better location. It is a very quiet and tranquil street and everything felt perfect. If I had an issue I could text Dr. M and I knew everything was going to be resolved!

He took care of our adorable tinyhouse and communicated exceptionally well! He even added a family member to his booking to join him during his stay!! Disenchanted Shed
We booked for four nights and only stayed two. I definitely would have left sooner, but I had to make arrangements for somewhere else to stay and we had full schedules those first two days. When I let the owner know that we were leaving and why, she accused me of all the things that were wrong... There are two giant campers in the backyard as well as the little shed. And one of them looks like it could fall towards the shed at any moment. There are water lines coming off the back of the house going to the campers and there are sewage lines coming off the campers going into the septic in the ground. I cannot imagine any of this is legal. It was very dirty. Both the dish soap and hand soap we're just blue water. They were so watery that they did not even produce suds. They were old dried toothpaste splatters in the bathroom mirror. They provided one throw blanket that did not cover two people. The little coffee area had a hanging fruit basket that was just full of takeout condiments. The window unit air conditioner was coming off of the building. There was packing tape trying to cover the gaps, but I could stick three fingers outside next to the air conditioner. There were stains and hair on the futon. The "original wood floor" is buried under 20 throw rugs forming a bizarre quilt on the floor. When you look under those rugs there seem to be wood planks with caulk in between them. I'm not sure what they use the cleaning fee for, but it definitely is not cleaning.

Vrbo guest Diego booked our adorable tinyhouse for 5 weeks the day after Angel from 6.22 to 7.29.23 and left us a lovely 5 star review which you can read above!! Angel booked our adorable tinyhouse 6.17 to 6.21.23 for about $45/ night to book less than 1 mile from downtown Atlanta with free parking when available!! I have hosted thousands of guests!!! This review is bogus! Angel is a racist who wrote a racist, retaliation review. Vrbo need to remove this garbage as it shows Vrbo complicit in allowing racist reviews. She is heard saying that she does not have a problem with the neighborhood. If so, why state that you do not have a problem with the neighborhood? We are located in a diverse neighborhood as shared in our listing that if you are racist or fearful to please not book our adorable tinyhouse and contribute to "unconscious bias". The guest stayed 3 days which was the duration of the event that she was intown to participate for the PIXIES and a mini vacay. If there was any issue with my property Angel would have contacted me on the first day right and certainly not stayed for 2 nights and 3 days right? She and her husband smoked inside and outside of my property causing a $200 deep cleaning fee which Angel owes me. My property is a non smoking property!!! I sent the security alarm camera video footage to Vrbo as well. We have security camera video of Angel and her husband enjoying their stay sitting outside in the evenings for up to 2 to 3 hours enjoying our outdoor table and chairs. They were enjoying drinks outside for hours as well. Our tinyhouse is adorable, professionally cleaned with a high guest review rating! Our listing shared that our tinyhouse was a converted shed with a small environmental footprint utilizing existing wood for the fireplace mantle, exposed wood beams, antique chandelier etc. The tinyhouse written listing is accurate with the loads of amenities that we offer including free parking when available, Television with Dish satellite, fast wifi, air conditioning specified for the tinyhouse, bed linen, towels, bathtub and shower, microwave, Copper Chef induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, Coffee, tea, creamer, sweetener etc. All within the fenced in backyard. Clearly, Angel is being dishonest in an attempt to leave an untrue review to harm me. We will seek legal action against her. We look forward to hosting you in the future!! Dr. M

I ended up not using my booking because of the overwhelming communication before I got there. I was sent literally 40 separate text messages a couple days before I arrived to go over all of the rules for the house (literally the kind of toilet paper they used, not to use the heater and cooler at the same time, etc). Also really strict about check in times and no way to store/hold bags. I didn't think it was worth all the trouble and stayed at a hotel in Downtown Atlanta and had a much better time that way.

I came for a concert. The property is about half an hour walk and very manageable. Good neighborhood. Would stay again when I come back for other concerts.

A visit to see my son
The enchanted cottage was cozy, comfortable and clean. The host responded to my texts (I seemed to be high maintenance...) right away with kindness and clarity. I walked to a couple of nearby parks and I walked to MARTA - the location of this cottage was perfect for me.

Based upon your review it seems like you enjoyed a 5 star stay to me!! I think that you can call Vrbo and request to change it😉. Kathy booked our tinyhouse to visit family in Atlanta 3.2 to 3.5.23. She communicated well. She left us a lovely note in our sign in booklet and left our Enchanted Cottage as she found it. Natalie booked for 1 week for the second year in a row for Dragon Con in our cozy tinyhouse Enchanted cottage 8.31.22 to 9.7.22 in Atlanta less than 1 mile from GA World Congress center. MERCEDES BENZ STADIUM, GA Aquarium, Civil Rights museum, Coca Cola worldwide headquarters etc. She is a wonderful, friendly, respectful guest who communicates so well. We enjoy hosting her and look forward to hosting you again next year! Make yourself at home
This was a very 'homey" inviting little house. I felt like kicking my shoes off and relaxing the minute I walked in. I had the basic things I needed for my stay. The space was accurately described, and the pictures showed the furnishings present.. The price made this a very good deal. I would recommend it for a single or a couple.

The Wi-Fi was slow The place was nasty there was no AC half of the amenities listed we're not there. Limited to no wall outlets. No stove top no place to cook. Not a proper freezer it was full of ice therefore leaving no room to put your frozen items. The dishes were dirty before I got there that utensils were horrendous. Back communication and unwilling to make up for lack of dirty dishes and so forth and falsely listed amenities.

Hidden Gem In Atlanta
I was here for HRX/Dreamhack 2019. The property was easy to find and very very homely/cozy. Dr Mia was incredibly professional when it came to moving my check in time due to a flight issue, and she had the house ready for my entry. It’s in prime walking location from a really good wing spot and a Walmart so it was easy to get to and from places. I walked to the Georgia Congress Center(where dreamhack was held) every day and I took a ride share home every night. The property itself was perfect for myself. Clean, Comfortable and more importantly affordable. If you’re looking to rent look no further. This truly is a gem of a air BNB. Looking forward to next year if I can get work off again! Thanks Dr. Mia!
