The young lady at frontvdesk was completely unhelpful and become rudevas heck. We showed her our reservation. She stated she didn't haven't it and saud we need to call Expedia and thats " the problem booking third party ". We called expedia and had them talk to hwr and she stated she woulng take our reservation and to leave the property. I have utvall in video and we were firm but yet not out if li e un stated we wanted our room.thar we had already paid for but she didnt want to tale reservateven after she talked to Expedia agent. Horrible experience and she should be fired. Her last name was Wilkerson or Williamson. She mumbled her name. Worst experience ever and cost them a prior customer and one forever plus i will dog them on every rating site available.

Mooring sun bother us for more sleep because window does not have full coverage to block the sunlight,you have to think about customer demand,some customer does not like sunlight inside the room,

All of the bad reviews you read about this property are accurate and true. The hotel is plopped right in between major highway overpasses and junctions, so be prepared to listen to road traffic 24/7. We walked in to our room and were immediately greeted by a cockroach that scuttled shyly under the entertainment stand. The mattress and curtains were stained and the carpet in the hallway is so torn, ratty and dirty that it's almost comical. If they're trying to go for the whole "haunted horror/murder hotel" kind of look, they're definitely succeeding. The fact that only one crappy elevator works at a time adds to the ambience. Some of the people who hang out in the parking lot and rooms are unsavory characters, so don't be surprised if you see security guards in the hallway banging on doors. My favorite was the random shouting and cursing that can be heard from basically anywhere because the walls are paper thin. And if you're wondering what the dude in the Ford pickup truck is doing in the parking lot all day, he's just there to blast his music for all the hotel guests while pointlessly revving his engine for hours on end. Free entertainment. But seriously, please don't stay here unless you absolutely have to. Your money will be absolutely better spent elsewhere.

REALLY, REALLY gross hotel. Neither expedia nor the hotel would cancel or refund my stay. Smoke stains on the curtains, blood/food stains on the lampshades, cockroaches on the floor. Got maybe one hour of sleep I was so horrified/scared of what else might come crawling out in the night. When I told the front desk about the roaches they said, "oh."

Fair to good on cleanliness. Drafty window in hotel room. Breakfast buffet needed to be better stocked and replenished. Not a fan of the hot boiled shell on eggs served every day. Would have preferred scrambled eggs. Should provide guests with information on local restaurants and attractions, even if it's just a printed sheet with that information.

It is so off the beaten path that I drove around 2 1/2 hours before finding the property. They have a very nice variety of snacks for sale but none of the prices were marked on the items.

The property is showing its age. Damaged carpeting in the hallways, damaged furniture, torn couch cushions. It was clean but could use a glow up. Pool was a bit dirty and required us to skim it a few times before using. Prices were inflated due to the eclipse, average price might reflect the quality of the property.

It was a crazy, busy weekend because of the eclipse but we were welcomed by Leslie who gave us two beautiful rooms next to each other. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was varied and plentiful. We figured out how to get back to the hotel the easiest way (under I35/183 is not easy) and wifi and door keys worked well. Thank you!! We would choose to stay there again!

It was so run down and jad a horrible smell. My wife and I started having trouble breathing and then started having allergy like symptoms with sneezing, coughing and itchy eyes. There are much better hotels in the area
