Got in at 11 at night and they didn’t have my room. After thirty minutes Front desk gave me another room with no tv and ac broken.

The staff was friendly. Located conveniently for getting to downtown Austin by car, but hotel has an easy parking lot- unlike the downtown hotels. All-around good stay.

The front desk woman whose name i sadly never got was super nice, friendly, helpful and gave great service. The facility was clean and the rooms were comfortable . Shuttle service a plus!

Everything was good. The only frustrating thing was that the swiping of the key to our room was giving us trouble. We were struggling to open the door. looked like the door would get kind of get stuck on the hinge to open. the pool was dirty that we could not go in. but over all

Very convenient to the airport. Biggest shortfall is they don't have anywhere to refill a water bottle. No dispenser/fountain (like every other property and airport) and nothing whatsoever in the fitness room. They make you buy a bottle at the front desk! C'mon, it's 2024, we're trying to help the environment...

Do you like a cold shower in the morning to wake you up? Then this facility is for you! NO HOT WATER TO TAKE A SHOWER!!!! Faucets don’t turn off. Breakfast sucks! Powder scrambled eggs, cold potatoes, rock-hard bagels, and tasteless waffles-pathetic! Luckily there is a Denny’s next door. I will never go to another LaQuinta Inn for the rest of my life!
