Spacious and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay at this interesting and spacious house, in a quiet part of East Austin within a short walk or ride to many restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown Austin. Beds were comfortable and the house was equipped well. The host and property manager were very responsive and came right over to fix an issue with the hot water. It didn't bother us, but light sleepers should know there is a long freight train that goes by in the night on tracks right across the street. During the day there are occasional short commuter trains on the same track.

Fantastic getaway
Your property was amazing. It’s nearby some charming food trucks and made Austin very accessible. Having an enclosed garage and some great board games are some of the small touches that also made this experience stand out.

Property is as described. Unique and spacious. Fun decor! Close to lots of things in Austin. Great location, except right next to train tracks; but didn’t seem to bother anyone in our group. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. Host was helpful and responsive.

This was a great place for a quick family outing. Check in was easy and everything was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and the yard was nice. I only wish we had better weather but that’s fine, we will have to return to stay again in the future. Thanks for having us!

Great home in east Austin!
Great place to stay while in Austin, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown, and lots of food and drinking spots in east 6th. The house was clean and spacious enough for our group of friends. House manager responded quickly to a small issue and addressed it while we were out and about.

Definitely a gem
Close to Airport (under 30 minutes), very clean, well designed kitchen, well furnished rooms, little art treasures in every nook. I noticed one safety issue (easy to fix) - the bedroom with the handsome bunk bed has good air conditioning, but the ceiling fan is operational anyway and does not have acceptable clearance with the top bunk - and of course my 6 year old headed straight for the allurement of the top bunk. But this is easy to fix and all the rest gets 5 stars from me.

Jake was a super helpful host. Our group experienced a few problems with the amenities in the house. The dishwasher was not completely functional and we had issues with the dish disposal not working. Additionally we had an incident with the knob on the gas stove breaking and seeping gas into the house. Jake was quick to call me and we resolved the problem. Other than problems with dated appliances, the house was lovely and the location was very central to downtown!

Family Getaway
This property inside was exactly as described and pictured. There was lots of room and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. The outside was a little overgrown, but the weather was cold and rainy so we couldn’t go outside to use the deck. There were a few issues that came up, but Jacob responded immediately and resolved them in a satisfactory manner. It was about 7 - 10 minutes to downtown and other attractions. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

Large home close to airport
This home is great if you’re looking to be close to the airport. We had an early flight and were there in less than 10 min. The house was large and wish we could’ve enjoyed the home it for an extended stay.
