The house comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens, and bath towels.

We also provide an ample supply of soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and coffee provided. Please prepare to bring or purchase subsequent supplies.

NEIGHBORHOOD
This house is in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our friends and neighbors and avoid loud, large parties. Please treat the neighbors like you live there. The neighborhood and backyard are perfect for enjoying and laughing with your friends and family.

PARKING
There's plenty of parking space for up to 4 cars or trucks. There is also plenty of room for a boat trailer. At this time, guests do not have access to the garage, unless you walk through the house.

PETS
Pets are welcome for a $70 fee per pet for the entire stay to account for the extra cleaning they require for the next guest. Please bring bags and clean up after your pets. Keep pet off furniture and bedding during your stay. If pet soil the carpet during the stay, a $150 carpet fee will be charged to your account.

We provide high chair and pack and play for babies and if you need any other baby equipment, do let us know so that we can arrange it.

Nice size home in great location

This is a nice neighborhood in in a strategic location for getting around town. This house is a good size for a family get together and fairly well appointed. I would recommend this place to others.

The place was great in location for our needs. The only issue that occurred was that the master bedroom had wet carpet from an incident. We rented this for location and downstairs master bedroom. It would have been really helpful had the carpet been professionally cleaned and fans running prior to use.

wonderful Round Rock Home

Had to fly in for a family medical emergency. Needed a 3 bedroom in a quiet area near central Round Rock. This was a perfect option. Comfortable rooms, nice layout, Very close to many restaurant and grocery stores, easy access to get around the Round rock area and into Austin if need be. the Owners helped us out a great deal and thought they were exceptional. Would def stay here again.

Need a little love

Our experience of this place was 3 out of 5 stars. The location is good, it would be nice to have had more information on walking paths especially into town. We found it needing some love. The overall space is great, the kitchen is nice. However the towels are stained and would have been placed in a rag bin in our home. The bedding is tattered and stained. The carpet is stained. The walls are scuffed and need paint. We would have loved to enjoyed the back outside space, however the cushions were drenched and soiled. The front porch was great. It would take very little effort to make this place a lot nicer…new bedding (and pillows) on the beds, new towels in all bathrooms and kitchen, clean up the walls and carpet.

Centrally Located near Kalahari Water Park, Round Rock Multipurpose and Rock N River

We arrived at the property and it was easy to find (clearly marked). They had parking in front of the property and a dedicated parking spot in the back which we did not use but if you needed handicap access parking in the rear would be easiest. The host was very quick with communication and was able to answer questions in a timely manner. The property was clean and spacious. It has a master bedroom down stairs and the rooms were spacious upstairs. I travel with kids so I'm always worried about having enough room for them to spread out. We were a group of six (2 adults and 4 kids) and found the house spacious. The house itself was clean, the dishwasher worked, washer/dryer worked appropriately, and the home was in good condition. It was centrally located down the street from Kalahari Water Park, Round Rock Multipurpose and Rock N River. We will definitely book with this host again should we be in the area.
