It is also in the basement of his home. 3 people cannot sleep comfortably as the couch is tiny. The room itself was very clean, the outside - not so much. There was no bar, the cushions for the patio chairs werent the right size or not there at all. The kayak that was there looked like it hadnt been touched in several years, the dock needs to be……
