Staff was great, price was good and room was large. Some of the people in the area were quite noisey, but this isnt the fault of the hotel.

Better than Expected
After reading other reviews, this was better than expected. Comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. The brightness of the lights was an issue but the nice lady at the front desk was able to let me borrow a floor lamp so I was able to work from my laptop much better. There are a lot of food options close by so easy to run out and get lunch and dinner and back to work. Very close to all the attractions.

Great boutique hotel in old town.
This hotel is located in old town. There are many reataurants, casinos and stores near by. The hotel is well maintained by the owner and his family. These are an amazing people and very accommodating. Thomas is a great guy and will do everything to make you feel at home. The free breakfast was great and the view from the roof top restaurant is fantastic. Highly recommended hotel.

I wish I never had a reservation, awful
This hotel is at most 1 star. Never, never take the standard king size bed room. The receptionist could't find my reservation. The rooms smell so bad that I Slept with all the windows open, And I could't sleep at all. The bathroim smell even worst. The carpet smell like cat litter and humidity. Is in poor condition. The shower with fongus. One of the worst hotels I stayed. The glasses at the room were dirty. I would never dear to put my feet on the carpet. I think that all the good reviews are fake. No matter how much you paid, is too much.

Otelimizin nesini beğenmediniz, neden 10 yerine 6 puan verdiniz? Sizden böyle bir değerlendirme beklemiyorduk. Çocukların kahvaltınızı ve odanızı çok beğendiklerini ve bizimle kalacağınızı bize söylemek için orada değildiniz. Misafirperverliğimize çok şaşırdınız.

öncelikle old town hotel çalışanlarından teşekkür etmek istiyorum her şey iyi di temizdi ve ayrıca kahvaltı çok iyi di istediğiniz kahveyiyi de bar dan sipariş edebiliyorsunuz ayrıca şarap da var kahvaltıda ben çok beğendim ,konaklama fiyatı da çok uygundu ve şehirin tam turistik bölgesinde yer alıyor rahatça tercih edebilirsiniz.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue terrible. Para empezar, no hablaban ni español ni inglés. Solo georgiano y ruso. Al llegar me dijeron textualmente a través del traductor que cancelase la reserva ya que el precio que yo había pagado a través de hoteles.com les pareció muy bajo, entonces querían que pagara en lugar de los 200 laris que tenía acordados en la app, querían que pagase 390 laris por cada noche. Yo me puse en contacto con hoteles.com y no cedí a los chantajes de el dueño del hotel. Que insistía en que si no pagaba lo que me pedían que me fuera y tampoco podía cancelar la reserva yo porque entonces me le iban a cobrar. Al contactar con hoteles.com una chica muy agradable me comentó que les iba a hablar a intentar resolver el problema y en resumidas cuentas lo que acabaron haciendo fue que la aplicación me cambió a un hotel mucho mejor viendo que era imposible que los dueños del hotel cedieran al final no paguen ni un solo euro más de lo que había acordado pero no me pude quedar en este hotel al ser Georgia no me planteo denunciarlo pero si fuera un país de la Unión Europea sin duda alguna. Así que gracias hoteles.com por tan amable soporte y por supuesto reservaré con vosotros en el futuro

Creo que eres una persona anormal, te explicaron de manera humana que había un fallo en el programa y en lugar de pagar 90 dólares, el programa te dio una reserva para un día de 90 lari, es decir 35 dólares, y tú También mienten que pagaste el costo en la web, no superes tu reserva, dice que el hotel te cobrará una tarifa al hacer el check-in. Dijeron categóricamente que te importaba un carajo y te trasladaron a otro. hotel y nos pidió que pagáramos, pero categóricamentese negaron por lo que pronto cancelarántu dinero, lo que escribiste en la reseña es un engaño para justificarte y no desperdiciar tu vida, hablamos 5 idiomas

Extraordinaire rooftop !
Situation: Entouré par les petites rues animées (et un peu coquines) de la vieille-ville, à proximité des quais et de la station du téléphérique. Infrastructure: Gros coup de coeur pour le rooftop! La salle panoramique possède un bar et est surmontée d'une petite terrasse qui domine tous les toits de la vieille-ville et offre une vue époustouflante à 360°. Ma chambre était sans charme mais assez grande et avec un petit balcon donnant sur la rue. Malgré l'animation d'un week-end, je n'ai été dérangé par aucun bruit durant la nuit. Personnel: Discret, gentil et parle anglais. Mais, à mon arrivée, le réceptionniste n'a pas trouvé ma réservation et a essayé de me proposer une chambre au double du prix prévu. Services: Breakfast très diversifié mais malheureusement rien de vraiment fameux, en accord avec la musique d'ambiance et la climatisation. Pas de parking réservé mais je n'ai eu étonnamment aucune difficulté à me parquer chaque jour dans la rue à moins de 50m de l'hôtel. En bref: Les deux gros atouts de cet hôtel sont d'être au coeur de la vieille ville mais surtout sa fabuleuse terrasse panoramique qui permet d'admirer le coucher de soleil ou de profiter de la vue pendant le breakfast. Adapté autant pour un week-end en amoureux (pour la vue romantique) qu'un séjour entre amis (pour le quartier).

Merkezi ucuz temiz ve güzel bir kaç eksik dışında
Temiz ve bölge olarak güzel otel. Ayrıca ucuz. Ancak ödeme sırasında kalan para üstünü sonra veririz demelerine rağmen verilmedi ve odalara servis olmaması eksik. Genel olarak kalitesine göre ucuz olması güzel. Merkezi konumu ulaşımı rahat.
