Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

"Great location by the Promenade but a bit away from the very touristy old town areas, though still within walking distance. Place was clean, bedrooms were spacious. The bathroom is a bit small, but that's expected in Europe. Having the washing machine was very convenient, although they don't provide detergent. The only negative aspect is not having a place to leave luggage on the last day, so if you don't have a car, but still want to walk around before leaving, find luggage nanny service."
